One of the most important articles of Law 26 of 2007 is that the lease agreement is binding on the landlord and tenant, and cannot be terminated by one party without the consent of the other.
The Law 33 of 2008, which amended certain articles of Law 26 of 2007, only specifies that, should the landlord or tenant wish to amend any of the terms of the contract, they are required to serve the other party with a notice no less than 90 days before the expiry of the tenancy contract.
Thus, the outcome of terminating the lease early will depend on the early termination clause written into the tenancy contract. If tenants have such a provision in their rental contract, they will have to adhere to that clause when ending a tenancy agreement early in Dubai.
Если этому можно доверять то вашей оговорки в контракте достаточно, но как это происходит на практике и как вы получите назад выданные чеки непонятно.
Вообще есть ли возможность арендовать без чеков?
